Refund Policy

All of our products are handmade to order, and therefore are final sale except for items that arrived damaged or defective.

*Our cups have gone through extensive testing to ensure quality. Severe peeling only happens when the cup care instructions are not followed. We do not accept return, replacement, or refund requests for improper care.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of any issues that are eligible for a return.


To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of damage or defect (with pictures) along with your order number. Your name must match the name of the order and/or the shipment recipient.

For damaged or defective items, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. If you desire a refund instead of replacement, the product must be returned. Any cost for the return is the customers responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
